The Europride 2010 festival has ended yesterday in Warsaw! LGBT crowd joined by their supporters marched proudly yesterday on the streets of Warsaw. Here are a few snapshots:

Chopin from the block
Seems like the Chopin's Museum on Tamka str. is up and running, which is great.
The bad thing is that you're not able to just enter and visit it's collection, you have to book tickets first.

Remember - you don't have to book for Tuesday - on this day the entrance is free!

European Capital of Culture 2016
Several polish and spanish cities are competing to become the 2016 European Capital of Culture.
Warsaw apparently is one of the candidates. To boost the contest a notch, the capital has issued a promo video made by Agnieszka Holland. This is another one, that was rejected during the process:
